Practical trainings were imparted to the tribal villagers for up gradation of knowledge, improvement of the skills and change in attitude from traditional farming to scientific farming so as to enhance the production and productivity. The practical training were imparted for use of improved and HYV, seed treatments, line sowing, fertilizer and water management, IPM, vegetable cultivation, safe grain storage, live stock management and child care, health and hygiene dietary habits and nutrition.

Trainings imparted especially for skill up gradation to the farmers/farm women in the field of vegetable production, tailoring and stitching, mushroom production, plant protection, Trichoderma production, spices production etc. For effective and skilled training, KVK has a well-equipped training hall, teaching material and live demonstration units, viz.
